BOQMQG's first annual retreat

Thank you to member Pat for organizing our first annual quilting retreat at Inspired Getaways in Waba, Ontario from 8-10 October, 2019. Friendships were deepened, creative juices flowed, and tummies were filled with delicious meals prepared by retreat building owner Karine Chapleau.

Inspired Getaways is a lovely old home converted into a quilter's dream retreat building with cutting tables, rulers, storage, comfortable accommodations and yummy meals - all with quilters in mind.

A number of our members attended this fun-filled and creative event and are looking forward to our next quilting retreat or event.
